As a native New Yorker, I have long held a fascination with the majesty of the Manhattan skylines and the excitement of city life and culture. For the last fourteen years I have traveled three or four times annually from my home in California to photograph the many and ever-changing areas of Manhattan and the surrounding metropolitan area.

In my work, I try to capture the timeless aspects of the metropolis and its inhabitants.... the sadness and beauty, the intimacy and grandeur of the most diverse and wonderful city on earth.
