1. Unzip the zip package
    
2. Upload all files to your server and (CHMOD) as follows:
   
   1. All files under "config" dir and the "config" dir itself to 777
   2. The "gallery" dir itself to 777
   3. All files under "template" dir and the "template" dir itself to 777
   4. All files under "watermark" dir and the "watermark" dir itself to 777
   
   
3. Run the setup.php from web browser
   eg: http://www.yourdomain.com/photo_gallery/setup.php
    
4. Follow the screen shots below

Please verify all the information at the confirmation page before continue. Once you click EXECUTE you cannot go back!

NOTE: Remember to change mode (CHMOD) the following before clicking the EXECUTE button.

REMEMBER to change your user name and password after your first login.

The location of the media should be in the gallery directory. All you have to do, is upload all media to this directory and using the Media Auto Detection feature in the admin control panel, add them to the database. Also, you can create new categories or upload new media to the server manually, using the Add New Category or Add New Media function in the Media Manager section of the Admin area.
